“After living in our house for years it had taken on more wear than desirable and more than a few projects were left incomplete. We had to have it in sale ready condition to move, which is where Scott came in. Before any of the projects were started he was able to provide a detailed and accurate estimate of all work.
The projects included interior and exterior, painting, finish work, and landscaping. Scott was able to complete all requested and required projects with complete skill and dedication to his work. He was also able to suggest several small but meaningful improvements which could be made in an effort to show the house better.

“We have utilized Scott for a number of different projects – large, small, simple fixes to very complex work which required in depth investigation, research, sub-contracting and specialized equipment. He has problem solved ongoing issues that even the original builder could not figure out. Scott has done electrical, plumbing, large flooring project, deck work, mystery foundation issues and mystery water entering where deck attaches to our house.
The first word that comes to mind if I was to describe Scott is “integrity” and to describe his work is “excellence”. Scott maintains regular communication throughout a project. If he says he will be there, he is there or calls if there is a change of plans. He stands by his quotes and if the unknown surfaces which affects a quote, he outlines possible options and leaves it to the client to determine what next steps will be. Scott is honest and if a request is unfamiliar to him, he will let you know and either figure it out, suggest someone who may be a better choice or recommend you look at a different option. His quotes and invoices are detailed and you always know exactly what you’ve paid for. Scott takes extreme pride in his work and has delivered perfection – cutting corners is not an option for him.
